A larceny was reported by a guest at the Delamar Hotel on Steamboat Road on September 1.
According to Greenwich Police Lt. David Nemecek, the victim left the restaurant/bar area around 11:00pm and discovered his credit card was missing from his wallet around 2:00am.
“The wallet was out of his control for a time and was lifted by someone he met downstairs, but he found it again,” Nemecek said. “When he looked into it again later, he noticed things were missing.”
