Esteban Francisco Sebourne, 63, of 1290 Irinastian Ave in Bridgeport was arrested and charged with Stalking 3, Criminal Trespass 1, and Refusing to be Fingerprinted after an incident on Sunday in Glenville.
Around 5pm on Jan 15, Greenwich Police responded to a report of an unwanted male suspect on Riverdale Ave.
Investigation revealed that the man had been warned by police the previous evening that he was neither to go to the residence or have any contact with the resident.
The resident was concerned because Mr. Sebourne continued to show up at her house, as he had at her previous address, claiming to be married to her.
Despite being warned, he returned to the residence again and waited outside after receiving no response at the door.
Mr. Sebourne was unable to post his $30,000 and was held by Greenwich Police. He was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Jan 23, 2017.
