Greenwich Woman Charged in Hit-and-Run on Sound Beach Ave

On Sunday around 8:45pm, numerous Greenwich Police units responded to the intersection of Sound Beach Ave and Webb Ave on a report of a hit and run.

On East Putnam Avenue, Police observed a car that matched the description of the evading car and initiated a stop.

Unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard, she arrested and charged with Evading Responsibility, DUI and Following Too Close.

Her bond was set at $250, which she was able to post. She has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 13, 2017.
