Tyler Lee Phillips, 19, of 10 Salem Street in Greenwich was charged with Failure to Appear 2nd degree after turning himself in on Dec 13 to Greenwich Police. He was released after posting his $50 bond, and he has a court date on Dec. 27, 2016 in Norwalk Court.
Mr. Phillips has a history of skipping court dates. Back in August, he turned himself in to Greenwich Police on a warrant for Failure to Appear 2 in Norwalk Court for a Larceny charge from May 2015.
He was wanted in August for Failure to Appear 2 degree for a reckless driving arrest in Milford on March 21, 2015. For that his bond was set at $1,000 and he was assigned a court date in Milford on Sept. 1, 2016.
