All Greenwich Public Schools will be closed tomorrow, Friday, January 5, 2018.
While the winter storm front is winding down this evening, we will be faced with mostly sunny, windy, and frigid temperatures with areas of blowing snow tomorrow. The high will be around 10 degrees and wind chills are estimated at -10 to -20 degrees.
Because significant blowing and drifting will occur through tonight, travel conditions will be slow to improve with the cold temperatures and the significant accumulations of driftable snow.
A polar air mass will move in tonight bringing dangerous cold with most areas falling below 10 degrees overnight.
Due to the travel concerns to and from school, Greenwich Public Schools will be closed tomorrow, Friday, January 5.
