Greenwich Man with History of Arrests is Charged Following Incident on Pemberwick Rd

William James Lore, 32, of 21 Hickory Drive in Greenwich was arrested on June 27 after being stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Pemberwick Road.

Police learned Mr. Lore had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for Violation of Probation.

He was able to post his $10,000 bond and has a date scheduled Stamford Superior Court on July 5, 2017.

Back in May 2017 Mr. Lore was charged by Greenwich Police with Breach of Peace 2, Assault 3, Reckless Endangerment 1 and Strangulation 2 after units responded to Amogerone Crossway on a report of a fight between two people. Investigation and statements from victim and offender determined there had been a verbal argument that became physical.

According to the CT Dept of Justice website, Mr. Lore was also arrested by Greenwich Police in December 2015 and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for which he was found guilty in Jan 2016. He was sentenced to one year jail, execution suspended, 3 years probation.

Back in August 2014 he was charged with Larceny 4 by Stamford Police, for which he was found guilty on January 7, 2016 and sentenced to 1 year jail, execution suspended, probation 3 years.

Lore was also charged by Stamford Police with Failure to Appear in Oct 2015, found guilty in January 2016 and sentenced to 1 year Jail, execution suspended and probation 3 years.
