On Aug 28, Greenwich Police responded to an incident on Talbot Lane in Byram.
On Monday at about 9:30pm, police were dispatched to a residence on a report of a violation of a protective order. According to police the offender admitted having violated a active protective order.
The offender, William Vontobel, 43, of 174 Hamilton Ave in Greenwich, was placed under arrest.
He was unable to post his $10,000 bond, and was held by Greenwich Police. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court the next day.
