On Feb 4 at about 2:30pm, Greenwich Police responded to 1118 East Putnam Avenue on the report of a suspect entering vehicles illegally.
After an investigation, Police arrested Cesar H Salazar-Duque, 28, of 263 Mill St Greenwich was apprehended and charged with Criminal Attempt at Larceny in the 6th Degree.
His bond was set at $100 and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 12 at Stamford Superior Court.
