Cesar Orlando Rodriguez, 54, of 56 Charles St in Greenwich was arrested on Thursday, Aug 17 around 10:00pm after Greenwich Police responded to a report of a multi-vehicle accident at the intersection of East Putnam Avenue and Overlook Drive.
According to Greenwich Police, it was determined that two cars were involved in the crash and that one driver, Mr. Orlando, displayed bloodshot eyes and the odor of alcoholic beverages.
Mr. Rodriguez submitted to field sobriety tests which he did not perform to standard. He was arrested and charged with DUI and Restricted Turns Fail Signal.
His bond was set at $250 and assigned a court date of Sept 1, 2017.
