On Tuesday afternoon just before 4:00pm, Greenwich Police responded to the Parking Services Dept at town hall for a report of an intoxicated male.
Parking Services is located in a small building attached through a breezeway to the rear of town hall, and employees get off work at 4:00pm.
Investigation revealed that a man had urinated on the building as town employees and civilians were exiting and entering, and that that he was yelling and screaming.
The suspect, Kevin S Slusarz, 53, of 149 Greenwich Ave was issued a misdemeanor summons for Disorderly Conduct and released on a promise to appear in court on January 9, 2018.
