Greenwich Man Charged with Criminal Mischief Has History with Greenwich Police

Danny Mogollon, 25, of 135 Henry Street was arrested on Jan 12 for an incident stemming back to Nov 6, 2016 at 1:00am on East Putnam Ave in Riverside.

On Thursday Greenwich Police were notified by Stamford Superior Court that they were holding Mogollon on an active arrest warrant for Criminal Mischief for the Nov 6 incident.

He was arrested at Stamford Superior Court and charged with Criminal Mischief 2. His bond was set at $250 and he has a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Jan 20, 2017.

Back on March 30, 2016, Mogolllon was present when the Greenwich Police Narcotics Section executed three Search and Seizure Warrants in a Wilbur Peck apartment and arrested Charlee Rodriguez, 24 for operating a Drug Factory.

At the time, Mogollon was found to be in possession of numerous controlled substances unprescribed to him. He was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell within 1,500 ft Daycare Facility.

Then in April, Mr. Mogollon was charged with Larceny 5, Robbery 3 and Assault 3 for striking a victim and taking his cell phone before running away in the area of Post Rd and Robertson Lane in Cos Cob.
