Greenwich Man Arrested for Driving Without Tail Lights, Failure to Install Ignition Device

On Jan. 10 Greenwich police observed a vehicle traveling West on Delavan Ave with without the rear tail lights illuminated. Edgar A Rodriguez, 34, of 42 North Water Street was charged with Failing to Have Tail Lamps.

Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver, Rodriguez, was required to have an ignition interlock device installed in any vehicle he operates as a result of being arrested for DUI in Wilton in 2009.

Rodriguez was charged with Failing to Have Tail Lamps and Operating a Motor Vehicle without an Ignition Device. He has a court date of Jan. 19 in Stamford Superior Court.
