On Thursday, August 27, Greenwich Police Department responded to 27 Wilbur Peck Court at about 5:30pm to assist Officers with the U.S. Marshals New York State Task Force in serving a Felony Violation of Parole warrant held by New York.
The subject of the active warrant, Ezza A. Cromartie, 31, of 29-25 Humphrey Street, East Elmherst, NY was placed under arrest and charged as a Fugitive From Justice. He was assigned a court appearance date on Sept. 4 at Stamford Superior Court. Cromartie was held at Greenwich Police headquarters in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
