Fourth of Four Suspects Charged in Case of Stolen Armstrong Court Snowblower

Kevin Graham, 51, of 2020 Long Ridge Rd in Stamford was arrested by Greenwich Police on March 1 and charged with Conspiracy to Commit Larceny 3 for an incident stemming back to January.

On January 14, items were taken from a car in Armstrong Court including electrical tools, screwdrivers, saws and a snowblower. Graham was assigned a court date on March 10, 2017 in Stamford Superior Court and was released on a promise to appear in court.

Mr. Graham was the fourth of four suspects involved in the Jan 14 incident.

In February Greenwich Police arrested three men. Robert Evans Eberheim, 27, of 33 Bible Street in Greenwich, was arrested on Feb 20 f According to Greenwich Police, Mr. Eberheim turned himself in at headquarters on a warrant that resulted from an investigation into the theft of a snow blower.

Mr. Eberheim, who was unable to post his court set bond of $20,000, was charged with Larceny 3, False Statement 2, and Conspiracy. He was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on March 6, 2017.

On Feb 17, Marquise A Burick, 20, of 27 Armstrong Court was arrested  at Armstrong Court when Greenwich Police arrived to serve a warrant. He was charged with Conspiracy to Commit/Larceny 3 and Larceny 3. Mr. Burick was unable to post his court set bond of $20,000. He was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb 24, 2107.
