Greenwich Police responded to the scene of a motor vehicle crash in front of 1070 East Putnam Ave around 7:00am on Dec 23.
Investigation revealed that one of the drivers, Fredy Rolando Ruano-Najera, 25, of 194 Stillwater Street in Stamford could not perform field sobriety tests to standard.
He was charged with DUI, Failure to Drive in Proper Lane and Operating without a License.
Mr. Ruano-Najera, who was unable to post his $1,500 bond at the time of his arrest, was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Jan 8, 2018.
