Five Busted for Trespassing and Criminal Mischief after Ruckus at Back Country House Under Construction

Eric T Manning, 18, of 83 Wilbur Peck Court; Julian Arboleda, 19, of 11 Kirby Street; Dean Michael Gerardi, 21, of 45 Fletcher Avenue; Laura Lynn Koenig, 18, of 45 Morgan Ave; and Jonathan Desouza, 18, of 27 Armstrong Court were all arrested following an incident on Meeting House Road on Sunday, Oct. 16 at around 6:20pm.

On Sunday evening, multiple Greenwich Police units responded to 24 Meeting House Road on a report of loud banging noises coming from the house.

According to Sergeant Slusarz, a group of young people entered a home on Meeting House Road that was not occupied and has been under construction for a length of time.

“We  got a report of noise and banging in the early evening as it was getting dark,” Slusarz said, describing the incident as a ruckus.

Slusarz added that when the police arrived, they discovered three vehicles parked there, and all were stopped as the young people attempted to leave.

Slusarz said the youngsters broke windows inside the empty house.

“One of the cars had a BB gun under the front seat, which resulted in the Weapons in a Motor Vehicle charges,” Slusarz added.

The BB gun was located under the driver’s seat of the vehicle being driven by DeSouza.

The charges for those involved are as follows:

Eric T Manning was charged with Criminal Trespass 2 and Criminal Mischief. He was able to post a $50 bond and was released from custody. He has a court date on Oct 24, 2016 in Stamford Superior Court.

Julian Arboleda was charged with Criminal Trespass 2 and Criminal Mischief 1. He was able to post a $50 bond and was released from custody. He has a court date on Oct 24, 2016 in Stamford Superior Court.

Dean Michael Gerardi was charged with Criminal Trespass 2 and Criminal Mischief 1. He was able to post a $50 bond and was released from custody. He has a court date on Oct 24, 2016 in Stamford Superior Court.

Laura Lynn Koenig was charged with Criminal Trespass 2, Weapons in Motor Vehicle and Criminal Mischief 1. She was able to post a $100 bond and was released from custody. She has a court date on Oct 24, 2016 in Stamford Superior Court.

Jonathan Desouza was charged with Criminal Trespass 2, Weapons in Motor Vehicle and Criminial She. He was able to post a $100 bond and was released from custody. He has a court date on Oct 24, 2016 in Stamford Superior Court.
