Isai C Hernandez, 23, of 168 John Street in Greenwich was arrested on May 31 following an altercation near the police station.
At about 12:30am, Greenwich Police responded to the area of Bruce Place and Havemeyer Place on a report of an altercation between two people.
Police interviewed three people who were involved and determined that Mr. Hernandez had gotten into a fight with another man due to his own intoxicated and belligerent behavior. The victim sustained abrasions to the bridge of his nose and bruising to his right ear.
Hernandez was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Assault 3.
His bond was set at $10,000 and he was due to appear in court later the same day.
