Hubert Lewis, 79, of 118 Havemeyer Place was charged with Beach of Peace by Greenwich Police on April 15.
In response to a neighbor’s complaint Greenwich Police investigation revealed that Mr. Lewis had verbally threatened to kill his neighbor on April 15 and had been aggressive and confrontational on several other occasions over the past two years. Greenwich Police had told Mr. Lewis on two separate occasions to stop this behavior.
The victim provided a sworn written statement and provided an iPhone video of the threatening behavior recorded on April 15 as well.
Mr. Lewis was issued a Misdemeanor Summons for Breach of Peace 2nd degree and was released on a promise to appear. He was assigned a court date of April 22 in Stamford Superior Court.
