Around 2:30am on Monday, Dec 4, Greenwich Police observed a driver traveling north on Sound Beach Ave Extension and failing to maintain the proper lane.
After stopping the car in the area of Sheephill and Sound Bach Ave Ext, police detected the odor of alcoholic beverages on the driver, identified as Jose Angel Garcia, 26, of 197 Ely Ave in Norwalk.
Mr. Garcia was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard.
He was charged with DUI, Failure to Drive in Proper Lane and Driving without A License.
Garcia was unable to post his $250 bond and is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Dec 18, 2017.
