Kevin Baray Collins, 42, of 1 Harbor Point Rd in Stamford was arrested following an incident on East Putnam Ave and Old Church Rd in Greenwich on Nov 18 around 1:30am.
According to a Greenwich Police report, a car was spotted traveling on East Putnam Ave without its lights illuminated. Police stopped the car, a black 2014 Range Rover, which according to a DMV query had an expired registration, and identified the driver as Mr. Collins by his driver’s license.
Police said Collins had bloodshot eyes and the odor of alcoholic type beverage.
After failing to perform field sobriety tests to standard, Collins was charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, DUI and Failure to Have Lights Illuminated.
His bond was set at $260, which he was able to post. He was assigned a court date of December 2, 2016 in Stamford Superior Court.
