On Thursday at approximately 9:30pm, Greenwich Police responded to 21 Dale Drive on a report of a domestic incident.
Upon arriving on scene, it was learned that a verbal altercation between a woman (victim) and her stepmother, identified as Dana Fiscella, 42 of 21 Dale Drive in Greenwich, escalated quickly.
According to Greenwich Police, the verbal altercation turned physical when Dana Fiscella kicked a glass Tupperware apparatus at the woman, causing lacerations to her feet. She Fiscella was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief 3rd degree and Assault 3rd degree.
Fiscella was assigned a court date of Sept. 18 at Stamford Superior Court with a bond of $5,000. She was unable to post bond at the writing of the Police report.
