On June 2 at about 6:30am, multiple Greenwich Police units were detailed to 20 Harold St 2nd floor in Cos Cob on the report of a domestic incident occurring between a male and female family member. According to Greenwich Police, on scene investigation revealed that the male family member, identified as Martin Marusak, 43, of 20 Harold Street, was screaming loudly within the residence, pushing the female family member, and ultimately striking her with a couch cushion.
Mr. Marusak was placed under arrest and charged with Disorderly Conduct. He was assigned a court date of June 3 at the Stamford Superior Courthouse. His bond was set at $1,000, which he was able to post and was released from custody.
