Greenwich Police responded to the 4th floor of 27 Havemeyer Place, “Greenwich Annex,” on the report of a fight in progress on Jan. 11 at approximately 6:30pm.
Investigation revealed that several people had been standing in a common hallway shouting and creating a scene.
According to Greenwich Police, one of the people involved in the scene, Steven Tucker, 20, of 45 Butler Street in Norwalk, had punched a wall within the hallway during the incident, causing damage to the wall of the building, which is one of the Town’s Housing Authority properties. Tucker was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree. He was released on a written promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Jan. 19, 2015.
