On Dec 7, Greenwich Police stopped a car around 2:30am on Sound Beach Avenue for having a headlight out.
According to Greenwich Police Lt Slusarz, when the officer walked up to the car, the driver only rolled down the window about an inch. “The officer could smell marijuana smoke coming form the interior of the car,” Slusarz said.
The driver, Paulo Mesia, 25, of Leeds Street in Stamford received a ticket for Possession of Less than a Half Oz of Marijuana and Driving without Headlamp.
