On Friday, May 8, Greenwich Police responded to 7 Berrian Place to serve an active arrest warrant for Thomas J. Barter, 46.
The warrant had been issued for Harassment stemming from a Domestic Violence incident on Chestnut Street on May 2.
Barter was taken into Police custody without incident. He was charged with Harassment 2nd degree. His bond was set at $25,000. Barter was assigned a court date of May 11, 2015 at Stamford Superior Court.
