John Robert Kiley, 22, of 149A Byram Rd in Greenwich was arrested after an incident on Byram Road on Feb. 16.
According to Greenwich Police, the department responded to Byram on the report of an incident between a man and a woman.
Upon arrival, both parties were interviewed and the investigation revealed that during the argument Mr. Kiley slapped the woman across the face.
Mr. Kiley was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. He was released on $1,000 bond and assigned a court date on Sept. 16, 2016 in Stamford Superior Court.
