On April 3 at about 12:30pm, Greenwich Police conducted a motor vehicle stop of a black 2014 Honda Civic, which was observed to continuously swerve across the double yellow line on Byram Rd by Henry Street in Byram.
An interview with the operator and subsequent DMV query revealed that the operator, Kasey Hernandez, 23, of 14 Ritch Ave in Greenwich, held a Connecticut Operators License, which was suspended due to a past DWI.
Hernandez was arrested for Failure to Maintain Lane and Operating Under Suspension. He posted $100 bond and is due to appear at Stamford Superior Court on April 16, 2015.
