Ricardo Horton, 21, of 2 Bulkley Ave in Rye was arrested by Greenwich Police after an incident in Armstrong Court on Monday night around 9:45pm.
Greenwich police were called to Armstrong Court on a report of several juveniles hanging around the playground area possibly smoking marijuana. Upon arrival, several juveniles were observed hanging around the playground but there was no smell of burnt marijuana.
Ricardo Horton Jr., who is banned from visiting, entering, or remaining, on any and all Town of Greenwich Housing authority properties, was observed with the group.
A search of Horton Jr revealed two marijuana cigarettes within a pill bottle.
Ricardo Horton Jr. was arrested for Criminal Trespass 1st Degree and Possession of a small amount of Cannabis-type substance.
Horton Jr. posted the $1,000.00 bond and was assigned a court date of August 10 in Stamford Superior Court.
