Greenwich Police responded to Stamford Superior Court on Dec. 22 to arrest Jorge Cardenas-Rey, 26, of 7 Chestnut St in Greenwich on a warrant for Failure to Appear, 2nd degree for charges that stemmed back to an incident on Railroad Ave on March 22, 2014 including: driving while intoxicated, operating with a suspended license, failure to keep right on a curve, operating without a license and threatening.
Cardenas-Rey was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on December 30, 2015. He was released on a court set bond of $15,000.
