Next for the Wrecking Ball in Old Greenwich: 1932 Cape with Water Views

Notice was given that an application has been submitted with the Building Dept ad Greenwich Town Hall to demolish the house at 21 Meadowbank Road in Old Greenwich.

According to the Assessor’s office at Greenwich Town Hall, the property last sold on March 12, 2015 for $2,100,000 to Robert and Julieann Colligan.

The house was built in 1932 according to the Assessor’s office and has 3,191 sq ft.

The house is on a private dead end with access to Long Island Sound and water views.
