AMEC LLC has filed an application with the Town of Greenwich Building Department to demolish the home at 45 West Brother Drive. The application was noticed in the paper of record on Jan 19, though there was no Demolition sign posted at the house.

The home was sold on Nov 15, 2016 for $2,275,000 Kathryn Paulson to Stephen Phillip.

The property, which is located in the private, gated community of Milbrook, was built in 1925.
