Hawthorne Development III LLC has applied for a permit to demolish a home at 201 Clapboard Ridge Rd.

The single family dwelling, in the RA-2 single family 2-acre zone was last sold by Kennedy Properties LLC to Hawthorne Development III LLC on Aug 29, 2017 for $1,525,000.

Because the home was built before 1940, a written letter of objection submitted to the Building Division of DPW will trigger an additional 45 day stay of demolition.

Hawthorne Development III LLC is registered to Benjamin P. Welsh, 425 North Maple Ave in Greenwich.
