Greenwich Police Respond to Familiar Target for Trespassers, Make Arrest

On Sept 11, Greenwich Police responded to 24 Meeting House Road on a report of a trespassing complaint.

While on scene, it was discovered the trespasser, Tucker John Licata, 21, of 19 Westcott Street in Riverside had an active warrant for his arrest for Driving with a Suspended License.

The original incident took place on Sept 30, 2013 on Prospect Street by I95 north back when Licata was 18.

Licata was released on a $500 cash bond and has a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Sept 18, 2017.

A year ago, five young people were arrested after police found them trespassing at the same address.

On Oct 16, 2016 Greenwich Police units responded to 24 Meeting House Rd on a report of loud banging noises coming from the house. At the time, Lt. Slusarz said the group had entered the home, which was not occupied and has been under construction for a length of time and broke windows inside the empty house.

Several cars were parked in the driveway, and one of them had a BB gun under the front seat, which resulted in the Weapons in a Motor Vehicle charges for one of the trespassers.
