Four townhomes at 151 Milbank Ave in central Greenwich were sold at auction on September 19 at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich.
The upscale townhomes, named The Maples at Milbank, were sold during a one-day bankruptcy auction conducted by Madison Hawk Partners.
Opening bids of $1,999,000 reflected nearly 40% off the original asking prices of $3.25 million,
All four townhouses were sold from 151 Milbank LLC to 151 Milbank Avenue LLC on Sept 29, 2017 for $8,000,000.
151 Milbank Ave LLC is registered to Caterina Violi of 346 Westover Rd in Stamford.
