Deborah McDonnell passed away on May 10, 2015 in Stamford. She was born in Port Chester, NY on January 26, 1955 to Norman and Ruth Wagner.
Mrs. McDonnell graduated from Greenwich High School in 1973.
She married Shawn McDonnell on July 9, 1977. Deborah loved to paint, especially butterflies and enjoyed gardening.
Her most important job in her life was being a mom and a wife. Deborah is survived by her loving husband of nearly 38 years Shawn, her beloved daughters Erin and Amy, her brother Bill, her Aunt Dorothy Damberg and several cousins. She is predeceased by her parents Norman and Ruth Wagner.
Visitation will be on Thursday 4:00-8:00pm at Castiglione Funeral Home, 544 Old Post Road #3, Greenwich, CT. A mass of Christian burial will be at St. Catherine’s Church Riverside, CT on Friday 10:00am. Interment will be at St. Mary Cemetery in Greenwich.
In lieu of flowers donations would be appreciated and can be made to Ovarian Cancer National Alliance.
