Concetta M. (Connie) Caputo, a lifelong Greenwich resident passed away peacefully on March 26, 2018.
Born on January 23, 1924, she was the daughter of Ralph and Josephine Longo.
Connie lived in Greenwich her entire life. Connie worked at a dress factory for many years. She was also a hairdresser by trade and continued that for many years. She is survived by her beloved husband Joseph P. Caputo of 55 years, her only child, her loving daughter Michelle Caputo Antonelli, and her two cherished granddaughters who meant the world to her, Brittany Leigh and Jessica Lyn.
She is predeceased by her brothers Pat Longo, John Longo, Ralph Longo Jr., and her sister Millie DeVita.
The family would like to thank the nurses at Greenwich Hospital oncology department 3rd floor for the love and care they provided to her in her final days.
To honor her life, family and friends will gather Tuesday, March 27 from 4:00pm-8:00pm at Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home, 134 Hamilton Ave in Greenwich.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, March 28 at 10:00am at St. Roch Church, Greenwich. Entombment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Greenwich.
