Zaniac Greenwich plans to honor their first alumni graduating class of instructors who have served as role models for scores of young children. At the celebration, set for Monday, June 16, 2014 at Zaniac’s Greenwich campus, co-owners Flavia Naslausky and Camilla Gazal will share their instructor’s success stories and award their first Zaniac Greenwich’s College Scholarship.
“Our Instructors are the big brothers and sisters that every kid wants to have and look up to. Zaniac Instructors bring into the classroom their broad interests and apply them to teaching STEM-based programs and activities,” said Naslausky in a release.

According to Naslausky, younger children relate to student instructors who make learning fun and show them that one can be cool, smart and hardworking all at the same time. “It’s wonderful to watch,” she said. Zaniac Greenwich opened in December 2013.

Zaniac Greenwich uses Student Employment Service (SES) at Greenwich High School to fill its instructor staffing needs.
SES is a GHS PTA sponsored youth employment service with over 4,500 high school and college-age resident registrants. The service runs its operations using software provided by Student Employment Software, a Greenwich based SAAS and US Department of Education award recipient. The software provides online systems for schools, municipalities and communities managing employment services and internship programs.
“We were able to successfully staff Zaniac Greenwich within a very short period of time thanks to SES. We received and continue to receive calls from excellent candidates! This is a true private company and public school partnership with incalculable benefits,” said Zaniac co-owner Camilla Gazal.
Zaniac Greenwich also participates in the Greenwich High School senior internship program, which is also supported software provided by Student Employment Software to administer its annual program.
