PHOTOS: 29th Annual Puttin’ on the Dog Cheats the Weather Gods

The 29th annual Puttin on the Dog fundraiser at Roger Sherman Baldwin Park was a great success, with fun competitions, demonstrations, parades and lots of dogs and cats available for adoption. While the weather forecast was for showers and storms, the day proved warm and partly sunny.
