Suzanne Carlin at Greenwich Animal Control asked Greenwich Free Press to put word out that this sweet 14 year-old female spayed shepherd-mix named “Jasmyn” is in need of a home.

Carlin writes, “Our girl, Jasmyn, is a Greenwich citizen who’s owner was a long time Greenwich resident and he recently passed away, leaving her behind. We are hoping that there is some resident out there who could open their heart and home to this sweet girl? She still has spunk in her step and would love nothing more than to keep someone company.”

Animal Control is trying to find Jasmyn a quiet home to spend her days.  “We feel she’d be best in a home with a similar lifestyle to what she was used to – an older person or family without young kids or young hyper pets,” Carlin writes.

Jasmyn  is a shepherd/mix and is up to date on all her vaccines. She is very sweet and is slowly adjusting to her recent life change living at the shelter. We are hoping to place her in a loving home.

Greenwich Animal Control is located at 393 North Street.
