Spared From the Wrecking Ball: 1920 Grigg Street House

Several vintage homes have been spared the wrecking ball and instead renovated by Archer Homes. This past weekend #14 Grigg Street was being prepped for its renovation.

One property along the timeless street scape is #14 Grigg Street, which was built in 1920 and sits on .1086 acres. The house was sold on Sept 13, 2013 to Archer Homes, LLC for $1,300,000.

According to the database in the Assessor’s office in Town Hall, Archer homes also owns 13, 14, 15, and 17 Grigg Street.
