Local dog and cat rescuer Tina Aronson has seen it all. She recently accompanied animal control on a raid of a cat hoarder in the Bronx and would up taking in 13 cats and kittens.

Aronson said that building a network of local families willing to foster dogs and cats is critical to the process of rescue and adoption. Anyone interested in adopting a cat from Aronson, who is affiliated with Cat Assistance, should shoot her an email [email protected]

According to Tina, the kittens range in age from 4-13 weeks. You can take as many or as few as you like. Anything helps.

All we ask if that you have had cat experience and can provide the love and very ‘little’ time it takes between adoption events. Cat Assistance supplies the food.
