Celebrate Father’s Day at Greenwich Polo Club Matches

Greenwich Polo Club is back in action this Sunday, June 18, Father’s Day, with Work to Ride (Joesph Manheim, Nick Manifold, Mariano Aguerre and Mariano Gonzales) facing off against new team Cavalleria Toscana (Mike Davis, Toro Ruiz, Matias Magrini and Lucas Diaz Alberdi) in high-goal action.

Last week Airstream defeated Postage Stamp Farm 14-11 with Tommy Biddle being named the MVP of the match and Brandon Philips’s Mishka taking the prize of Best Playing Pony, awarded by Maria Mendelsohn.

Last Sunday, Tesla hosted a special event with over 100 Tesla owners in attendance, making it a record for most Tesla’s at a single event. Tesla will be onsite this Sunday with their first-ever mobile gallery.  Pulled by the Model X SUV, which can tow up to 5,000 lbs, this custom Airstream trailer is retrofitted to showcase all interior and exterior vehicle options. Tesla will also be offering demonstration drives prior to the Polo match. To schedule your Model S or Model X demonstration drive, please RSVP here and a Tesla representative will confirm your appointment.

Thinking of taking Dad to polo for a Father’s Day to remember? Special this-week-only deals feature 50% off cabanas (up to 16 guests).

Learn to play polo this Sunday at Greenwich Polo Club. Postage Stamp Farm’s Anabelle Gundach, Brandon Philips and Joao Ganon will be giving mini lessons on hitting a polo ball on a wooden horse between 1:00 pm to 2:45 pm at the North goal. Don’t miss this exclusive chance to meet the players.

Stop by The Pony Bar for half priced cocktails at the pre-match from 2:00pm to 3:00pm and at the après-match from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. Tastings NYC’s mixologists created a curated cocktail selection for The Pony Bar 2017 Season: The Perfect 10, El Campeon, The Player, and Hall of Famer. Full food and drink menus can be found HERE. Food trucks at Greenwich Polo Club have been a big hit with polo fans, make sure you get to try them all.
