Greenwich Scouting’s 28th Annual Golf Tournament

The 28th Annual Golf Tournament of the Greenwich Council, Boy Scouts of America will be held on Monday, September 15, 2014 at the Round Hill Club.

The event will begin at 11:00am and includes brunch, golf and dinner.

Non-golfers are also welcome to attend for cocktails on the veranda, a terrific dinner and a great selection of silent and live auction items.  There are several auction items that are available to bid on online as well as at the event, including superb golf courses, vacations, dining experiences and much more!  All proceeds of the tournament will benefit the youth and operations of Greenwich Scouting.

The Greenwich Council, Boy Scouts of America is comprised of over 350 dedicated volunteers who serve nearly 2,000 local boys and girls each year. Greenwich youth enjoy and learn from adventures through Scouting programs, attend Camp Seton Summer Camp, contribute to local community service projects and focus on leadership. Seton Scout Reservation (often referred to as Camp Seton), located on Riversville Road in Glenville, offers swimming, boating, hiking, climbing, BB guns, archery, crafts, nature studies and much more for local Scouts, friends of Scouts and partnering organizations.

You can support these wonderful youth in our community by playing in the Golf Tournament, sponsoring Scouting equipment, uniforms and camp scholarships or by making a donation to the Golf Tournament auction.  For more information, visit www.GreenwichScouting.org or contact Craig Jones at 203-869-8424, x110 and [email protected].
