Starting Thursday, Feb 18, Fleishers Greenwich will host a monthly open house called “Burgers, Beers & Butchers” to welcome the local community. BB&B will take place on the third Thursday of every month from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
On these nights, the shop will welcome the community for butchery demos, and the butchers – aka the meat concierges – will offer advice on how to buy and prepare meats. Guests are encouraged to get to know the butchers and ask questions about cuts, sourcing, recommended cooking tips, etc.
Guests will also be able to try samples of Fleishers signature fare, like their delicious burgers made from pasture-raised beef.
The event is free and open the public.
