Brainistas, LLC is a new company in Greenwich dedicated to promoting life long learning in a time and life sensitive manner. Co-Founders Roli Agrawal and Jennifer Behette are passionate about education and living life to the fullest, while juggling the demands of family life and other obligations.
Their “brain”child, Brainistas, serves as a platform to encourage and facilitate learning through seminars and workshops. These learning snapshots will be held twice a month for 90 minutes.
A variety of topics will be presented, each facilitated by respected professionals in their field. Each topic is not a comprehensive exploration but rather the tip of the iceberg for foundational learning. The co-founders hope that these seminars act as springboard for individuals to explore the topics presented more deeply for their own problem-solving as well as edification.
All seminars for Brainistas will be held at the Garden Education Center of Greenwich located at 130 Bible Street in Cos Cob.
The premiere seminar will be DETOX: Healthy Nutrition After The Holidays and Beyond held on January 12 from 9:30am-11:00am.
Nutritionist Catherine Staffieri, MS, RD will be guiding attendees through transforming eating habits post-holiday celebrations.
Mrs. Staffieri is a registered dietitian with specialties in weight and health management, cardiac-related nutrition and general nutrition science. Catherine works at Greenwich Hospital’s Center for Behavioral and Nutritional Health, in addition to her Greenwich-based private practice, Roundtable Nutrition LLC.
