Off-Beat Players to Perform High School Musical at Arch Street Teen Center Aug 3-6

Screen Shot 2016-07-26 at 3.48.10 PMEveryone knows summer is not complete without a trip to the Arch Street Teen Center to see the annual summer musical theater performance of Off-Beat Players.

This year the Greenwich based theatre company devoted to teen and young adult performers with wide-ranging abilities and disabilities, is set to perform Disney’s smash hit High School Musical on Stage at the Arch Street Teen Center.

The show runs Wednesday, August 3 through Saturday, August 6. All performances start at 7:30 pm.

High School Musical Book by David Simpatico; Songs by Matthew Gerrard and Robbie Nevil; Ray Cham, Greg Cham and Andrew Seeley, Randy Petersen and Kevin Quinn; Bryan Louiselle; David N. Lawrence and Faye Greenberg; Jamie Houston.  Music adapted, arranged and produced by Bryan Louiselle.  Based on a Disney Channel original movie written by Peter Barsocchini.

Based in Greenwich, Off-Beat Players currently includes approximately 40 teens and young adults who come together each summer to produce a fully staged musical.  Established in 2007, the group is a 501 (c)  (3) nonprofit charitable and educational organization.
