allie primak allie primak 2Allison Primak, a senior at Greenwich Academy, has done it again. Allison, an avid writer whose ability spans many genres, took home a Scholastic Art & Writing Gold Key at the regional level, and was honored with a Silver medal at the national level, in a ceremony held at Carnegie Hall.

At Greenwich Free Press Allison holds a special place as she was our first intern and, in addition to offering her stellar writing skills, displayed enthusiasm and good instincts about people and stories.

Allie was featured in Stamford Magazine’s “Making the Cut” last fall. She also serves as editor for Greenwich Academy Press at her school where she also founded the Gender Equity Club and launched “No Apologies Week,” an awareness campaign that encourages girls to own their opinions. An accomplished dancer, Allie will soon finalize her college plans for next fall. Good luck, Allie!
