Grandchildren Earn Discounts for Grandparents at Maritime Aquarium in Norwalk Sept 10-11

Grandchildren are priceless, but they’re of a special value to Nana and Papa during “Grandparents’ Weekend” Sept. 10 & 11 at The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk.

Timed for national “Grandparents’ Day” on Sept. 11, each child’s ticket purchased to The Maritime Aquarium on Sept. 10 & 11 is good for one free grandparent’s admission. Child admission is $15.95 for ages 3-12. The free grandparent admission is a value of $22.95 for adults or $20.95 for ages 65+.

“You’re never too young or too old to make new discoveries and feel excitement about our amazing marine world,” said Dr. Brian Davis, president of The Maritime Aquarium. “We’re happy to help different generations of families share those engagements together here at The Maritime Aquarium.”

Maritime Aquarium admission includes all Aquarium galleries and the choice of an IMAX® movie. Showing daily beginning Sept. 6 are “Jean-Michel Cousteau’s Secret Ocean,” “National Parks Adventure” and “A Beautiful Planet.”

Plus, on Sept. 10 & 11, Aquarium guests can enjoy a bonus activity table with crafts and challenges for kids (and their grandparents too).

The “Grandparents’ Weekend” discount offer is available only at the door; not with advance online purchases.
